Project description

Someone moving to the area from abroad often doesn’t know the towns and wants to get a good picture online of what is available to rent. For them, V Vastgoed offers furnished homes at one clear price, including furniture, utilities and service. We built the website for the agency: clean and fast, with the listings front and centre and a separate way in for owners who want to sell. We designed the logo too.

The brief

An estate agency has two audiences: people looking for a home and owners who want to sell or let one. The site had to serve both. People who are looking must see the listings without any detours. People who are selling must know where to go.

Properties at the top, a block of their own for sellers

Right below the opening title are the listings: to let and for sale, with the price, the street and the town next to every photo. No long introduction about how the agency works. One click on View property takes you to the full listing with images and details on Immoweb.

At the bottom there is a separate block for people who want to sell their own home, with its own button.

The design is deliberately understated: lots of white, one blue from the logo and a strong typeface with character. On a real estate website the properties should stand out, not the site.

The result

V Vastgoed has a website where the listings are front and centre, with the price and location of every home, and where owners who want to sell find their own way in.
