DRV Wonen from Stekene builds new homes and renovates properties in the Waasland region.
Project description
DRV Wonen is the company of Helga and Jan De Rudder. Jan has years of experience as a contractor, and together they build new homes and fully renovate properties in Stekene, Sint Gillis Waas, Kemzeke, Kieldrecht, Assenede, De Klinge and the surrounding area. The website has to serve two groups: people looking for a home, and owners who want to sell a property or a building plot.
The brief
DRV Wonen’s listings change quickly: properties coming up for sale soon, properties for sale and properties that have already been sold. Anyone looking for a home needs to see that at a glance. People also do not search for the name of a property developer, but for a new build or a house for sale in their own town. And owners who want to sell needed a place of their own on the site.
A page per property, a waiting list for new properties and a page for sellers
Every property has its own page with photos, the town and a label: for sale, coming soon or sold. New builds and renovations each have their own overview, and the menu shows straight away how many properties there are in each category.
For properties that are not on sale yet, there is a Coming soon page. At the bottom of every page you can sign up to hear about new properties. Sold properties stay online under Completed projects, so you can see how DRV Wonen builds and finishes a home.
For owners who want to sell their property or land, there is a separate Sell your property page. Behind the scenes we built a custom system for the listings, so Helga and Jan put a new property online themselves.
The result
DRV Wonen has one website that shows what is on offer, shows the finished projects, lets interested buyers sign up for new properties and gives owners who want to sell a page of their own. They put a new property online themselves.
