Project description

The clinic offers non surgical medical aesthetic skin treatments and deliberately starts from a skin analysis and a medical assessment. The practice wants to be seen as care, not as a beauty salon. We built a website that shows that difference without saying it ten times, and that gets found for skin concerns as well as for treatments.

The brief

People dealing with acne, pigmentation or scars usually don’t know the treatments and search for their concern. People who are further along search specifically for HIFU or PRP. The site had to get found both ways. And the prices simply had to be on the site.

Two ways in, a page per treatment and open prices

The menu shows Skin concerns and Treatments side by side. Under Skin concerns, acne, scars, pigmentation, age spots, collagen and skin ageing each get their own page with an explanation. Under Treatments, every technique has its own page: PLEXR, HIFU, PRP, RF microneedling, cryolipolysis, dermaplaning, Spectra XT, peels and more. People search for the name of the technique, so that name is also the page title.

There is a separate prices page, reachable straight from the top of the homepage. Being open about what something costs fits the rest of the positioning and saves time on both sides.

The design is restrained: gold and warm tones, with calm images of treatments. That suits a clinic that positions itself as medical. Here the design does the same job as the copy.

The result

Raysa’s Medical Derma Clinic has a website that gets found for skin concerns and for treatments, is open about prices and looks the way the practice wants to come across. A visitor starts from their own skin problem and from there finds the right treatment and an appointment.
